How should I start a project with Brand Banao?

Just ‘Place Order’ for all the services you need. Proceed to checkout, and make the payment online. As soon as we receive an order, our branding consultant will be in touch with you to explain the procedure for the project. You will be provided a link to an online questionnaire which you are expected to fill up so that our designers get the exact details they need.

What is the Money Back Guarantee?

If you aren’t happy with the delivered concepts or with the process, you simply need to advise us of that fact during the development cycle. We will work even harder and refine things to make you 100% satisfied with the final result. Or else, if you opt to exercise your rights under the guarantee*, we will refund your money. It’s that simple.

However, there are a few exceptions. Although it is very unlikely that you will want to make use of our guarantee policy, you should understand those rare conditions under which we can’t provide a refund:

  • If you inform us after 7 days from placing your order.
  • If you have already shortlisted a design or proceeded to another round of development.
  • If you have confirmed or approved the acceptance of a deliverable, we cannot provide a refund. Your approval represents an acceptance of the final project and serves as an implicit statement of satisfaction.
  • If you have failed to communicate with us for more than 2 days, any refunds will be at the discretion of Brand Banao management.
  • If the corresponding business name, related to the project, gets changed or undergo other alterations, or the business gets closed, rendering a deliverable ill fitting, we cannot issue a refund.
  • If you purchased a “Special Offer” that does not constitute one of our standard packages as advertised.
  • Once you have taken FINAL delivery.

*Online payment processing fees of 3-5% that have been charged to us by the payment gateway will be deducted during refund. Guarantee not valid for ‘Agency Services’. Refund is not applicable to Basic Logo Design Plan.

Can I pay in parts for a project?

Full payments allows us to-

  • work on a slightly reduced pricing,
  • make sure we work on the projects at full speed without any interruptions or slow downs
  • ensures that the project is fully funded and no follow-ups are required for payments

If your project needs payment of a substantially high amount, such as in Advanced Website Design, you may contact support@enthof.com to help you with payments in parts.

Do you accept credit card or bank transfer?

Yes we do except payments through all major credit cards, debit cards and net-banking for customers all around the globe. We also have a PayPal gateway where you can pay through your PayPal account.

What happens after I place the order?

What if I don't like any initial options? Do I get my money back?

Will I be able to trademark my logo?

Yes you will be. We follow a ‘No Internet Inspiration’ protocol while we work on your project. That way we are able to maintain originality in our work.

What if I get objections when I apply for a trademark? Will you help?

Yes we will help. In a rare case of coincidence where your logo received objection while registering for trademark, you can choose again from the other options provided to you. Or we will start a fresh project without any cost.

How soon can you complete a project?

Every projects requires different efforts. But we will try to finish within the shortest period of time, without compromising on quality.

Will I get the working or source files of a project?

Yes you will receive all the files.

I have multiple projects. Can I get a discount?

In case you have multiple projects, send an email to support@brandbanao.com and you will receive a coupon code. The decision of the team for discount will be final.

How should I communicate with your team with regards to the project? Email or Phone?

We recommend communication for email as there are no communication gaps. But if you are in a hurry, you can use your phone to contact us.
